Global Leadership Coach
As a Global Leadership Coach, I head up a team of internationally based coaches and facilitators at Action and Theory. An individual contributor, I specifically work with senior leaders in corporate organisations and specialise in those who benefit from some “course correction”.
These leaders are often found in the Engineering, Pharma and Tech sectors, undertaking roles such as country head, region head or a strategic global role with P&L accountability ranging between €100m to €750m.
Mainly working as an expat in a host country, the leaders are located in the EU, UK and USA
Due to the nature of these bespoke assignments, I thrive at delivering success within the agreed framework whilst working with what is. Offering a blended support package of in person and virtual coaching leveraging my skills in Emotional Intelligence, CBT and NLP.
Entrepreneur
As a director of a London based MBI company, I bring the practice of First Principle Thinking and it’s Sources of Growth by working with what is, to the ownership and direction of a number of brands in our stable. Leveraging a balance between 30,000 ft strategic thinking and simple ground level next actions to deliver performance improvements.
Home Cook
As a home cook, my foundational principle is that of the everlasting meal; where the ends of one meal and it’s preparation inform the beginnings of the next. This has a trio of benefits:
